Tejeda Promoted to Executive Administrator

The City of Key West is pleased to announce the promotion of Alison Tejeda to Executive Administrator to the Assistant City Managers, following nearly a decade of dedicated service with the City of Key West. She began her career in 2016 as a Human Resources Assistant I. She was promoted to Human Resources Technician in 2019, a role in which she played a key part in supporting the City's workforce and streamlining internal processes.

Throughout her time in Human Resources, Tejeda consistently demonstrated strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Her professionalism and collaborative spirit have earned her a reputation for getting things done-and doing them well.

In her new role, Tejeda will provide high-level administrative support to the Office of the Assistant City Managers, helping to advance key initiatives and keep operations running smoothly. Her experience, work ethic, and deep understanding of City processes make her well-positioned to thrive in this next chapter.
