HANNIBAL - The following is a list of general highway maintenance work the Missouri Department of Transportation has planned in the Northeast Missouri region for the next few weeks.
All road closures and planned roadwork may be viewed on the Traveler Information Map at http://traveler.modot.org/map/.
Inclement weather may cause schedule changes in some of the planned work. There may also be moving operations throughout the region, in addition to the work mentioned below. MoDOT asks drivers to work with us by buckling up, putting your phone down, slowing down and moving over in work zones.
Knox County
Missouri Route 15 - April 28 & 30, LANE RESTRICTION for patching operations from the Scotland County line to Missouri Route 6 south of Edina between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. daily.
Macon County
U.S. Route 63/U.S. Route 36 Ramps (Westbound) - April 23 - 27, CLOSED for paving operations on the U.S. Route 63/U.S. Route 36 Westbound Ramp beginning Thursday, April 23rd at 12:00 a.m. through Monday, April 27th at 12:00 a.m.
Route F - April 30, CLOSED for seal coat operations from Route J to Missouri Route 149 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Route UU - April 29, CLOSED for seal coat operations from U.S. Route 36 to the end of state maintenance between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Route VV - April 28, CLOSED for seal coat operations from Arctic Road to Ballpark Avenue between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Marion County
U.S. Route 24 (Outer Road) - May 7, CLOSED for patching operations from CR 313 to Missouri Route 6 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Missouri Route 79 Northbound (Mark Twain Avenue) - April 22 - July 1, CLOSED for Hannibal stormwater construction project from North Street to Reservoir Street beginning Wednesday, April 22nd at 12:00 a.m. through Wednesday, July 1st at 12:00 a.m.
Missouri Route 168 - May 6, CLOSED for patching operations from Route Z in Shelby County to Route D in Marion County between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Route D - April 27 - 29, CLOSED for patching operations from Missouri Route 156 to Missouri Route 168 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily.
Route D - April 30 - May 1 & 4, CLOSED for seal coat operations from Missouri Route 156 to Missouri Route 168 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily.
Route M - April 27, CLOSED for patching operations from Route A to Route D between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Route M - May 5, CLOSED for seal coat operations from Route D to Route A between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Route W - April 20, CLOSED for patching operations from U.S. Route 61 to Missouri Route 168 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Montgomery County
I-70 (Eastbound and Westbound) - April 27 - May 1, LANE RESTRICTION for core drilling operations from mile marker 164.8 at the Callaway/Montgomery County line to mile marker 193.8 at the Missouri Route 47 interchange at Warrenton in Warren County between 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. A 12-foot width restriction will be in place at the location where crews are actively working.
I-70 (Eastbound and Westbound) - April 27 - May 1, LANE RESTRICTION for shoulder work from mile marker 175 at the New Florence overpass to mile marker 164.8 at the Callaway/Montgomery County line between 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. daily.
Ralls County
U.S. Route 61 (Southbound) -May 1, LANE RESTRICTION for joint/crack sealing operations from Route O to Business Route 61 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Route J - March 13 - June 26, LANE RESTRICTION for bridge maintenance from Route EE continuing south to the end of the Clarence Cannon Dam bridge beginning Friday, March 13th at 7:00 a.m. through Friday, June 26th at 4:00 p.m. However, the bridge will be open to traffic beginning at 12:00 p.m. Friday, May 22nd until 7:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 26th for the Memorial Day weekend.
Route C - April 27, CLOSED for patching operations from Route P to Madisonville Road between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Route P - April 29, CLOSED for patching operations from U.S. Route 54 to Missouri Route 154 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Route P - April 30, CLOSED for patching operations from Missouri Route 154 to Route K between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Route P - May 4, CLOSED for patching operations from Missouri Route 19 to Route K between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Route P - May 5, CLOSED for seal coat operations from U.S. Route 54 to Route K between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Route P - May 6 - 7, CLOSED for seal coat operations from Missouri Route 19 to Route K between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily.
Route FF - April 28, CLOSED for patching operations from Brison Drive to U.S. Route 61 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Randolph County
Route Z (Middle Section) - April 28, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from CR 1270 to CR1225/CR1265 intersection between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Route Z (West Section) - April 29, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Route C to CR 1145 between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Missouri Route 3 - April 30, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Route U to CR 2075 between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Scotland County
Missouri Route 15 - April 28, LANE RESTRICTION for patching operations Iowa state line to the Knox County line between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Missouri Route 15 - April 30, LANE RESTRICTION for patching operations from Missouri Route 136 to the Knox County line between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Shelby County
Missouri Route 168 - May 6, CLOSED for patching operations from Route Z in Shelby County to Route D in Marion County between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Warren County
