Chinese Consulate General in Munich Holds Opening-up Day for Teachers and Students of Hong Kong Tak Sun Secondary School

An opening-up day event was held by the Chinese Consulate General in Munich on February 2, 2026 for the teachers and students of Hong Kong Tak Sun Secondary School, who were on their study trip to Germany. 

Consul General Qiu Xuejun conveyed a warm welcome to the visiting teachers and students and made a brief introduction on the history and latest development of friendly exchanges and mutually beneficial cooperation between China and the State of Bavaria as the consular district of this consulate general. Pointing out that the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee has made the important deployment of promoting the long-term prosperity and stability of Hong Kong and Macao, he expressed the hope for all the visiting young students, against the backdrop of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area construction and the deepening of China-Germany cooperation, to be rooted in Hong Kong, embracing the motherland and having the whole world in view, and as steadfast practitioners of patriotism and love for Hong Kong, as well as active promoters of friendship between China and other countries, will contribute to Hong Kong's integration into the overall development of the nation and to China-Germany friendly cooperation. 

Staff representatives of the consulate general and visiting  teachers and students also held cordial exchanges with each other.
