Sam Love to Join NCTA as Chief Policy and Strategy Officer

Washington, D.C. - NCTA-The Internet & Television Association today announced that Sam Love has been named Chief Policy and Strategy Officer, effective November 5. Love will serve as the organization's senior policy leader, reporting to President & CEO Cory Gardner.

As Chief Policy and Strategy Officer, Love will lead the development and execution of NCTA's policy agenda, advancing the organization's goals and representing the interests of its members across legislative and regulatory bodies. He will engage with policymakers, industry stakeholders, and coalition partners to help shape public policy priorities. Love will also play a key role in aligning strategy across departments to ensure NCTA's advocacy efforts are cohesive, forward-looking, and impactful.

"Sam is a brilliant policy strategist who brings a forward-looking vision, deep technical expertise, and a strong track record of coalition-building that will serve our members and the industry well," said Gardner. "He has a keen understanding of both the policy landscape and the evolving technologies shaping our future. We are excited for him to step into this critical role."

Love joins NCTA from Invariant, where he has co-chaired the firm's Technology and Competition governmentrelations practice. Prior to Invariant, Love served as a senior policy advisor to then-Senator Cory Gardner and managedthe Senator's work on the Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee. He also worked for SenatorGardner in the House of Representatives. Love received a Bachelor of Arts from Bowdoin College in Maine.
