Thanksgiving Holiday Hours

Kansas City, Kan. - In recognition of the upcoming Thanksgiving Day holiday, some of The University of Kansas Health System's offices will have modified hours on Thursday, November 26, and Friday, November 27.

Thanksgiving holiday hours

Doctor Office Hours

• All doctor offices will be closed Thursday, November 26, and Friday, November 27. Our staff will support routine scheduling needs and answer routine MyChart messages when normal business hours resume.

Outpatient Imaging

• Outpatient imaging locations will be closed Thursday, November 26, and Friday, November 27.
• Locations offering MRIs will do so on their usual Saturday and Sunday hours. These are scheduled visits only.

Pharmacy Hours

• Our retail pharmacy locations on the 39th and Rainbow campus in Kansas City inside Bell Hospital Tower and Cambridge Tower A will be open 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Thursday, November 26, through Sunday, November 29.
• Our Westwood Campus, Indian Creek Campus and Southlake Business Park pharmacy locations will be closed Thursday, November 26, through Sunday, November 29. Southlake will be open its normal hours Sunday, November 29.

Urgent Care Hours

• Several urgent care locations will be open Thursday, November 27, and Friday, November 28, as well as their usual weekend hours. View locations and hours.
• You may also consider an Urgent Care Video Visit, which you can set up from the main menu in MyChart.

Walk-In Lab Hours

• Our walk-in lab locations will be closed Thursday, November 26, and Friday, November 27. Our lab locations at the Medical Pavilion at 39th and Rainbow and at Indian Creek Campus in Overland Park will offer their normal weekend hours on Saturday and Sunday.

Walk-In Orthopedic Clinic

• Our orthopedic walk-in care offices at Indian Creek Medical Pavilion and at Olathe Medical Pavilion D will close at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, November 25, and will be closed Thursday, November 26, and Friday, November 27. Our Indian Creek location will offer its normal Saturday hours on November 28.

The University of Kansas Cancer Center

• The University of Kansas Cancer Center will be closed for exam visits Thursday, November 26, and Friday, November 27, with these exceptions:
  • Limited hours for scheduled BMT clinic and treatment at the Richard and Annette Bloch Cancer Care Pavilion in Westwood
  • Limited hours for scheduled treatments at the Richard and Annette Bloch Cancer Care Pavilion in Westwood
• Radiation oncology sites will be closed Thursday, November 26, and Friday, November 27, unless emergency treatments are required.

Great Bend, Kansas, Locations

• All doctor offices in Great Bend will be closed Thursday, November 26, and Friday, November 27.
• Convenient Care Walk-In Clinic at St. Rose Medical Pavilion hours are:
  • Wednesday, November 25: Closes at 5 p.m.
  • Thursday, November 26, and Friday, November 27: Closed
  • Saturday, November 28, and Sunday, November 29: Open 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
• No inpatient services will be affected by the holiday.
