Major Crash Team Responding To A Fatal Motorcycle Crash

The Portland Police Bureau's Major Crash Team is responding to a fatal motorcycle crash in the Concordia neighborhood.

On Sunday, July 19, 2026, at 7:45 p.m., officers from the North Precinct responded to reports of a motorcycle crash on the Northeast 33rd Avenue overpass to Northeast Columbia Boulevard. Officers arrived and found the single rider down and unresponsive. Paramedics arrived at the scene and pronounced the rider deceased.

The Portland Police Bureau Major Crash Team is responding to investigate. During the investigation, Northeast 33rd Avenue overpass will be closed between Northeast Dekum Street and Northeast Columbia Boulevard.
