North Fort Myers Man Pleads Guilty to Illegally Possessing a Gun and Drug Offenses

Fort Myers, Florida - Olivier Emanuel Fevrier-Sildor (27, North Fort Myers) has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and three counts of distribution of cocaine. He faces a maximum penalty of life imprisonment. Fevrier-Sildor remains detained pending sentencing. U.S. Attorney Gregory W. Kehoe made the announcement.

According to court records, Fevrier-Sildor was arrested on March 31, 2026, in North Fort Myers, while possessing a distributable quantity of cocaine along with a firearm. Fevrier-Sildor has a prior felony conviction for robbery by sudden snatching. Therefore, he is prohibited from possessing a firearm under federal law. After his arrest and while incarcerated, Fevrier-Sildor recruited Ramiro Jimenez-Flores (20, North Fort Myers) to use Fevrier-Sildor's cellphones and continue to distribute cocaine on his behalf. Law enforcement subsequently conducted three controlled buys of approximately 112 grams of cocaine from Jimenez-Flores on April 10, April 17, and April 29. During the April 29 transaction, law enforcement conducted surveillance on Jimenez-Flores as he met up with his source of supply, Christopher Antonio Sierra Lopez (26, Lehigh Acres), and obtained approximately 56 grams of cocaine, which he then sold to an undercover agent.

Jimenez-Flores pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine on July 28, 2026.

Sierra Lopez pleaded guilty to distribution of cocaine on August 18, 2026.

This case was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the Lee County Sheriff's Office. It is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Matthew Redavid.
