S&C Advises BNY on $2 Billion Notes Offering

The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation (BNY) completed a $2 billion notes offering consisting of $750 million of 4.441% fixed-rate/floating-rate callable senior notes due 2028, $500 million of floating-rate callable senior notes due 2028 and $750 million of 5.316% fixed-rate/floating-rate callable senior notes due 2036 under its medium-term note program.

The S&C team that advised BNY included Ben Weiner, Cameron Teschuk, Carrington Kyle and Jiaye Hou. Jeff Hochberg, Saul Brander and Brett Greene advised on tax matters.
