Traffic Pattern Change at Richard Arrington Jr. Boulevard from 20th Street Split to Highland Avenue

[Link]As part of the city's $12.9 million street resurfacing for the current year, Richard Arrington Jr. Boulevard has been repaved from the 1600 block to Highland Avenue. This section of Richard Arrington Jr. Boulevard will convert to two-way traffic effective on Monday, September 23, 2024 as part of the city's complete streets strategy.

The change in traffic pattern includes one four-way stop to reduce traffic speed and enhance safety for pedestrians. Motorists are encouraged to make note of this traffic pattern change and adhere to signage and lane directional striping. Please see the attached map for details.
