Addis Releases Statement Honoring Victims and First Responders on 25th Anniversary of September 11 Attacks

SACRAMENTO - Assemblymember Dawn Addis (D-Morro Bay), released the following statement in honor of the 25th anniversary of the September 11 terrorist attacks:
"Today we remember the lives that were lost on September 11, 2011, and those who lost their loved ones and continue to mourn their absence each and every day. We also remember the heroism that was shown by first responders and everyday Americans, who came together in an unprecedented crisis to protect their neighbors and strangers alike. Let us live by their example, in uniting as a nation, in our communities, and during the darkest of moments. Never forget."
Dawn Addis was elected to the California State Assembly in 2022 to represent the coastal 30th Assembly District, which includes San Luis Obispo, Monterey, and Santa Cruz Counties. She is the Chair of the Assembly Budget Subcommittee 1 on Health.
