Second Oklahoma City Meet and Greet of 2026 Focuses on Career Development

Apr 7, 2026

NATCA Executive Vice President Mick Devine, along with Southwest Regional Vice President John Bratcher, National Training Representative Jamaal Haltom (Las Vegas ATCT, LAS), and Reloaded Committee Member Cameron Haynes (Wichita ATCT, ICT) recently greeted more than three dozen FAA Academy students in Oklahoma City.

NATCA leaders answered questions from the students, many of the queries focusing on pay, career development, and negotiations with different administrations. It was an evening that focused on information and conversation, reinforcing NATCA's commitment to supporting the next generation of air traffic controllers. Future meet and greets with FAA Academy students are scheduled for April, June, July, August, October, and December.
