Portland Press Herald: Bowdoin College Assistant Professor Teaches Black History in Museum

The Portland Press Herald recently wrote about Jonathan Tunstall, assistant professor of education at Bowdoin College. Tunstall taught twenty-three seventh-graders about the history of Black music, ending with hip-hop by artists the students recognized. The lesson took place at the Portland Museum of Art on Thursday, October 15, 2026.
