Burson Promotes Ross Hall to EMEA Chief Client Officer

Hall Assumes Newly Created Role to Streamline Client Operations Across the Region

London, 26th August, 2026 - Burson, the global communications agency purpose-built to create value for its clients through reputation, today announced the promotion of Ross Hall to EMEA Chief Client Officer.

This first-ever dedicated regional role brings together the agency's approach to client leadership, retention, and organic growth, with a clear mandate to strengthen its most important client relationships across EMEA. Hall will oversee the region's client leadership strategy, ensuring senior leaders maintain a razor-sharp focus on client service and opportunities for long-term partnership and growth.

Working in partnership with Burson's Global Client Excellence team and market practice leaders across EMEA, Hall will focus on deepening client engagement, embedding best-in-class client leadership practices, strengthen senior engagement, and driving strategic outcomes for the agency's key client relationships.

Hall brings to this role a proven track record of navigating complex, large-scale, cross-border client engagements, leading multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute high-impact international campaigns that deliver on clients' strategic business goals, building and protecting their reputations while delivering seamlessly at scale. Prior to joining Burson, he served as Regional Client Services Director, EMEA, at Edelman. He has also held senior leadership roles at Ketchum and FTI Consulting.
