The Project applicant proposes to demolish the existing sports fields and associated structures and improvements, and to develop 108 townhouse units spread over 32 buildings. Twenty buildings would each contain three units (3-plex), while the remaining 12 buildings would each have four units (4-plex).
LOCATION
The proposed project is located at 5670 Camden Avenue, southeast of the intersection of Blossom Hill Road and Camden Avenue.
ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER
The Project would occupy approximately 6.67 acres of a larger approximately 10.7-gross acre lot located at APN: 567-28-001.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
This item is scheduled for Planning Commission hearing on March 25, 2026. The Planning Commission hearing will be held in-person at City Hall and will be available to view without providing public comment via Zoom Teleconference.
