Deposit Limitations
Total deposits for all banks and savings and loan associations in Nebraska as of June 30, 2026, were $95,061,972,000. The number was taken from a Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation compilation.
The 22% limitation contained in Section 8-910(2)(c), as of June 30, 2026, would be:
