GiG Software P.L.C. receives conditional approval for listing on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market

GiG Software P.L.C. (the "Company") has applied for and received conditional approval for listing of the Company's Swedish Depositary Receipts (the "SDRs") on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market ("Nasdaq First North Premier"). The first day of trading on Nasdaq First North Premier is scheduled for 1 October 2024.

The Company has prepared a Company Description (in English) prior to the listing (the "Company Description"), which will be published on the Company's website, www.gig.com, on 26 September 2024.

The approval is conditional upon the Company fulfilling the formal listing requirements and no event taking place that affect the Company's compliance with these requirements.
The Company Description that is being prepared for the listing does not constitute a prospectus in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 of the European Parliament and the Council of 14 June 2017 on the prospectus to be published when securities are offered to the public or admitted to trading on a regulated market (the "Prospectus Regulation"), and has not been reviewed, registered or approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (the "SFSA") (Sw. Finansinspektionen). The Company
