On January 7, 2025, members of the Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested Nathan Archambault, age 20, of 20 Martin Street, Coventry, Rhode Island, for Possession of Child Pornography. Mr. Archambault was processed at the Wickford Barracks and arraigned in Third District Court by the Honorable Judge O'Neill, who issued $5,000 surety bail with limited internet use and no contact with minors.

On January 7, 2025, members of the Special Victims Unit arrested Moises Bermudez, age 54, of 273 Sayles Avenue, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Two (2) counts of First-Degree Child Molestation; and 2) Four (4) counts of Second-Degree Child Molestation. Mr. Bermudez was processed at State Police Headquarters and later transported to Sixth District Court for arraignment.

On January 7, 2025, members of the Auto Theft Unit arrested Kimishia Jones, age 38, of 175 Cove Avenue, Warwick, Rhode Island, for Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses. Ms. Jones was special arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released pending a future court date.
