مساهمة شركة وربة للتأمين وإعادة التأمين في صندوق الكويت للاستجابة الطارئة

With reference to the above subject, and WARBA Insurance and Reinsurance Company's commitment to the principles of disclosure and transparency and complying with Capital Markets Authority rules and regulations regarding the disclosure of essential information, We would like to inform you that the BOD of WARBA Insurance and Re Insurance Company K.S.C.P. has approved by circulation a contribution to the Kuwait Emergency Response Fund in the amount of USD 1,000,000, equivalent to KWD 308,000. This initiative falls within the framework of the company's commitment to its corporate social responsibility and its support for national initiatives launched by the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development. بالإشارة إلى الموضوع أعلاه، وإلتزاماً من شركة وربة للتأمين وإعادة التأمين بمبادئ الإفصاح والشفافية، وتنفيذاً لتعليمات هيئة أسواق المال بشأن الإفصاح عن المعلومات الجوهرية، نود إحاطتكم علماً بأن مجلس إدارة شركة وربة للتأمين وإعادة التأمين ش.م.ك.ع قد اعتمد بالتمرير المساهمة في صندوق الكويت للاستجابة الطارئه بمبلغ 1,000,000 دولار أمريكي بما يعادل 308,000 دينار كويتي، ويأتي ذلك في إطار التزام الشركة بمسؤوليتها المجتمعية ودعمها للمبادرات الوطنية التي أطلقها الصندوق الكويتي للتنمية الاقتصادية العربية.
