Open Streets returns to Tempe April 12

Open Streets Tempe
, a vibrant community event that transforms public roads into car-free spaces for recreation, connection, and play, is back for its second year. On Sunday, April 12, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. , a section of Downtown Tempe will be closed to motorized traffic, inviting community members to experience Tempe from a new perspective.

Open Streets Tempe encourages people of all ages and abilities to walk, bike, roll, dance, and socialize in the heart of the City. By prioritizing people over cars for one day, the event highlights the possibilities of a more connected and sustainable Tempe.
