Amgen Named to Forbes’ 2026 List of America’s Best Large Employers

Amgen has been named to Forbes' 2026 list of America's Best Large Employers and ranked No. 4 in the Drugs & Biotechnology category.

This recognition reflects the company's continued focus on building a supportive workplace for its approximately 31,500 employees worldwide. Thanks to the dedication of its employees around the world, Amgen harnesses the best of biology and technology to help fight some of the world's toughest diseases in its mission to serve patients.

The annual ranking, compiled by Forbes in partnership with market research firm Statista, is based on an independent survey of more than 217,000 U.S. employees at companies with at least 1,000 employees nationwide.

More than 3.5 million employer evaluations were collected, assessing factors such as workplace culture, working conditions, opportunities for advancement, and employees' willingness to recommend their employer to others.
