Logistics Property Company Signs Two Leases at Gainesville 85 Business Center in Gainesville, Georgia

Logistics Property Company, LLC (LogiPropCo), a logistics real estate owner, developer, and manager, has executed two new leases at Gainesville 85 Business Center, a four-building industrial development in the I-985 Northeast Atlanta submarket. The transactions include a 228,423-square-foot lease at 1900 Fulenwider Road with an e-commerce company and a 66,960-square-foot lease at 1950 Fulenwider Road with a sustainable packaging manufacturer. With these new leases, 1900 Fulenwider Road is fully leased.

LogiPropCo's Sean Fitzsimmons, Senior Vice President, Southeast Region, was supported by CBRE's Todd Barton, Joanna Blaesing, Mark Hawks, and Matt Higgins in the leasing of the space, as well as Tim Evans and Ryan Jackson of the Greater Hall County Chamber of Commerce. The tenants were represented by Tommy Hughes and Weston Gurr of Hughes Commercial, and Rob Kruer, Tyler Logue, Nicholas Chang and Justin Kuehn of CBRE.

"We are experiencing strong leasing velocity in our Southeast markets. This marks the third multi-tenant building to hit 100% leased since March," said Fitzsimmons. "Our strategy of developing in locations with available heavy power and access to superior logistics infrastructure, such as intermodal yards, continues to be reflected in our leasing efforts."

Gainesville 85 Business Center, located in Gainesville, Georgia, is situated between I-985 and I-85 northeast of Atlanta. It is 10 miles south of the newly opened Gainesville Inland Port, a 104-acre intermodal facility that offers a direct link to the Port of Savannah via Norfolk Southern Railroad.

The development comprises four buildings totaling more than 900,000 square feet across two phases. Phase I, which includes 1900 and 1950 Fulenwider Road, is seventy percent leased, with 184,000 square feet remaining. Phase II includes 1800 and 1850 Fulenwider Road, which recently completed construction, and has 326,000 square feet available for lease.
