NEW YORK - May 8, 2026 - American Strategic Investment Co. (NYSE: NYC) ("ASIC" or the "Company") announced today it will release its financial results as of, and for the first quarter ended March 31, 2026, on Friday May 15, 2026, before the New York Stock Exchange open.

The Company will also host a webcast and conference call the same day at 11:00 a.m. ET to review results and provide commentary on business performance.
