Michael Calandra rejoins Dentons’ Capital Markets practice as partner

New York-Dentons announces today that Michael Calandra has joined the Firm as a partner in its Capital Markets practice, based in the New York office. His return to the Firm enhances its ability to support clients navigating complex issues in residential warehouse lending, RMBS issuance and underwriting, single-family rental (SFR) financing and commercial repos.

Calandra brings more than 20 years of sophisticated capital markets experience, most recently serving in-house at a leading investment bank, where he advised on complex structured finance and capital markets transactions from the client side. He began his legal career at Dentons through its legacy firms Thacher Proffitt and Sonnenschein, practicing from 2005 to 2013. He later joined another global law firm as a partner before moving in-house.
