September 24, 2025 - Tampa, FL - Bryant Miller Olive P.A. (BMO) welcomes J. Caden Strain, Esq., and Christopher (Chris) Sandino, Esq., as associate attorneys with the Public Finance practice group.

J. Caden Strain, Esq., joins the firm's Public Finance group in the Tampa office. Strain joined BMO as a law clerk in 2024 while attending Stetson University College of Law, where he simultaneously received his J.D. and MBA. Upon passing the Florida Bar, Strain began practicing as an attorney in the Tampa office.

Strain focuses his practice on all aspects of public finance transactions, representing clients in the role of Bond Counsel, Bank Counsel, Borrower's Counsel, Disclosure Counsel, Issuer's Counsel and Underwriter's Counsel, with a primary focus on serving as Bond Counsel on conduit bond transactions. Christiopher (Chris) Sandino, Esq., joins the firm's Public Finance group in the Miami office. Sandino joined BMO as a law clerk, after receiving his J.D. from St. Thomas University College of Law. Upon passing the Florida Bar, Sandino began practicing as an attorney in the Miami office.

Sandino focuses his practice on all aspects of public finance transactions representing clients in variety of roles, with a primary focus on serving as Bond Counsel, Disclosure Counsel, and Underwriter's Counsel in the issuance of municipal bonds and various tax-exempt financings.
