Public Notice of Approved Amendment to the WDEQ Industrial Siting Permit for the Cowboy Solar I and II Project; DEQ/ISC 23-03

Notice is hereby given that the Industrial Siting Division received an amendment request on April 28, 2025 from Enbridge, Inc. (Permittee) regarding the Cowboy Solar I and II Project in Laramie County. The Permittee requested a change to Special Condition #18 of the above captioned permit. The request was granted at the hearing held during the Industrial Siting Council's second quarterly meeting on May 28, 2025.

Pursuant to Chapter 1, Section 15 of the Industrial Development Information and Siting Rules and Regulations, the Administrator provided public notice of the requested amendment on May 3 and May 17, 2025. The Council issued the amendment on June 5, 2025. The public may review a copy of the approved amendment and associated materials at the office of the WDEQ Industrial Siting Division in Cheyenne, Wyoming or online at:
