Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Yiannis Loverdos to visit Venice (25.05.2026)
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Yiannis Loverdos, will travel to Venice to attend the conference titled "Digital Management of the Archive of the Hellenic Institute of Byzantine and Post-Byzantine Studies in Venice."
In the framework of his visit, Mr. Loverdos will hold meetings with members of the Greek diaspora, as well as with ecclesiastical, educational and cultural stakeholders.
It is worth noting that the Hellenic Institute of Byzantine and Post-Byzantine Studies in Venice is Greece's only research institution abroad operating under the supervision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
