Immigration fees increased

The federal law establishes new and raises current state fees for legally significant actions related to the migration registration of foreign nationals and stateless persons.

Furthermore, the federal law exempts the following categories from paying the state fees for Russian citizenship conferment and some other actions: foreign nationals and stateless persons participating in the State Assistance Programme for the Voluntary Resettlement of Compatriots Living Abroad and Their Family Members to the Russian Federation. The law also exempts foreign nationals and stateless persons who are recognised as applicants of particular interest for the Russian Federation, as well as their family members, from paying the state fees for temporary residence permits and residence permits.
