EU financial regulators alert consumers about the risks of crypto-assets

The European Banking Authority (EBA), the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), and the European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority (EIOPA) have updated their consumer warning on the risks of crypto-assets first issued in 2022 anis itd published a new factsheet explaining the function of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 on Markets in Crypto-assets (MiCAR).
