Independence Day Holiday: Bismarck City Offices Closed & Landfill Closed
Bismarck City Offices and the Landfill will be closed on Friday July 4, 2025, in observance of the Independence Day holiday. The landfill and Household Hazardous Waste & Electronics Center will be open on Saturday, July 5th.

Monday through Saturday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Closed: Sundays & Designated Holidays
Household Hazardous Waste & Electronics Recycling Center Hours
Monday through Thursday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
1st and 3rd Saturday of Each Month: 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
