(November 14, 2025) Cobb Hill Dr. will be closed just east of Dallas Pkwy. for ten days starting Monday, November 17, so that the frontage road can be widened near the intersection. The road will close at 7 a.m. on Monday, November 17, and will reopen by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, November 26. The Texas Health/UTSW hospital driveways connecting to Cobb Hill Dr. will remain open, but they will have no access to Dallas Pkwy.
During this closure, all traffic that would normally use Cobb Hill Dr. to turn on or off the northbound Dallas Pkwy. frontage road will need to use Frisco St. and Newton Dr. as a detour around the closure Detour signs will be posted.
