    Oleg Kodysh, 34, of Newton, was placed under arrest on a charge of Operating Under the Influence - Liquor and other motor vehicle offenses. Officer interacted with Kodysh during a motor vehicle stop in Technology Sq. for an observed violation. During the interaction Kodysh displayed multiple indicators of impairment.

    A Cambridge resident will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court for operating an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle on a public roadway. The violations were uncovered by officers after a crash at the intersection of Broadway and Highland Ave. No injuries were reported.
