Granite Properties has landed a slate of new tenants at 23Springs in Uptown. UBS has leased the 20th floor (26,537 square feet) and plans to take occupancy this summer. The tenant was represented by the Cushman & Wakefield team of Bill McClung and Robbie Baty (who has since moved on to HPI).
Stonelake Capital is moving from The Crescent into a 16,008-square-foot space on 23Springs' ninth floor. Peery Wood of Stream Realty Partners represented the tenant.
An undisclosed tenant has signed on for 22,099 square feet on the 10th floor and will occupy the space in the third quarter. The tenant was represented by CBRE's Harlan Davis, Phil Puckett, and Steven Berger. Granite was represented on all three deals by its in-house team of Robert Jimenez, Burson Holman, and Elizabeth Fortado.
