i3 Investors Announces Staff Promotion
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - 9/30/2024
i3 Investors, a private real estate investment firm specializing in industrial real estate, is pleased to announce Ryan Hahn's appointment as Vice President of Development. With more than 25 years of construction and development experience, Hahn brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team and will play a key role in growing the firm's portfolio.
Throughout his career, Hahn has led the development and construction of over $1B of industrial warehouse projects throughout the US and Canada. Prior to joining i3 Investors, Hahn spent the last two decades with Verus Partners, a Chicago-based development company. His responsibilities encompassed the management of all phases of development, including land acquisition, infrastructure development to build-to-suit and speculative construction projects.
