Congressional Bills H.R. 952 and H.R. 7022 Signed into Law

On Thursday, October 22, 2026, the President signed into law:

H.R. 952, the "Reversionary Interest Conveyance Act," which directs the Department of the Interior to convey the reversionary interest of the United States in certain land in Sacramento, California; and

H.R. 7022, the "Mystic Alerts Act" which requires the Federal Communications Commission to establish any requirements necessary to allow commercial mobile service providers to transmit emergency alerts by satellite.
