Is your FEC Form 1 up-to-date

Political committees must amend their Statement of Organization (Form 1) to reflect updated information within 10 days of any change. As the 2026 election cycle heats up, it's a good time for committees to confirm that all their information is accurate and complete. The FEC encourages committees to list both a treasurer and an assistant treasurer on Form 1, and to provide two email addresses to which we may send helpful compliance information. If you need to make a change, the Form 1 and its instructions are available on the Commission's Forms page, along with some helpful how-to videos.
