New Water Utility Billing System Launches 10/26

The City of Orange is transitioning to a new water utility billing system on October 26, 2026. The new system will offer a new online payment portal, more payment options, and more ways to stay informed about your water service.

The current online bill payment portal will be discontinued on October 14, 2026. Online bill viewing and payments will be unavailable during the transition. Please check back on October 26 to access the new portal.
