Andover Properties Appoints Yair Gemara as Head of Data & AI

New York, NY - April 20, 2026- Andover Properties is pleased to announce that Yair Gemara has joined the company as Vice President, Head of Data & AI. In this role, Yair will lead Andover's Data & AI function, driving the firm's data strategy, analytics capabilities, and AI initiatives across the organization.

Yair is an experienced data scientist with a track record of building end-to-end data platforms, most recently as a Senior Data Scientist at Similarweb. Prior to Similarweb, Yair held data science roles at Amazon Web Services, Known Global, and Thetaray, with earlier experience at Tethys Technology and Management Solutions.
