Amy Searls Recognized by Becker’s Healthcare for National Leadership in Patient Experience

[March 19, 2026] Becker's Healthcare has recognized Amy Searls, Chief Experience Officer of Prime Healthcare, for her leadership in advancing the patient, employee, and physician experience across the health system. Since stepping into her role in 2020, Ms. Searls has helped guide experience initiatives across Prime's 54 hospitals and more than 360 outpatient locations in 15 states. She leads systemwide efforts that support compassionate care, meaningful communication, and employee well-being. Under her leadership, Prime has seen measurable improvements in patient satisfaction, including HCAHPS and ED-CAHPS scores. Ms. Searls has also expanded initiatives focused on staff engagement and mental health, including the launch of a wellness mobile app for employees and education to support a culture of care.
