Due to the FIFA World Cup 2026 match and expected impact on travel, parking, and access to the Courthouse, please note the Atlanta Intake Counter will close at 12:00 pm on Tuesday, July 7, 2026.
The Atlanta Intake Counter will be open from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm on July 7, 2026. Any party who needs to file documents after 12:00 pm that day may use the drop box at the Atlanta Intake section, or visit the Gainesville, Newnan, or Rome Intake Counters of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court which will be open from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
