Weekly Safe Streets Wanted Criminal Round-Up

The Pueblo Police Department serves as part of The Federal Bureau of Investigation's (Denver) team consisting of federal, state, and local law enforcement called "The FBI Southern Colorado Safe Streets Task Force" in an effort to identify, apprehend and prosecute violent criminals located within our communities.

This week we are attempting to locate:

David Garcia, 24, is described as a Hispanic male, 5'09" tall, 190 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. Garcia has a no-bond warrant for a Parole Violation which includes Larceny. He has a second warrant for Failure to Appear which includes Larceny. His bond is $2,500.

John Martinez, 31, is described as a Hispanic male, 5'07" tall, 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Martinez has a no-bond warrant for a Parole Violation which includes Public Peace. He has a second warrant for Contempt of Court. His bond is $5,000.
