Iran raps terrorist attack in Sistan and Baluchestan province extends condolences over deaths of Pakistanis

Iran's spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly condemned the terrorist attack in the city of Mehrestan located in Sistan and Baluchestan Province which resulted in the deaths of several Pakistani citizens.

Iran's spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly condemned the terrorist attack in the city of Mehrestan, located in Sistan and Baluchestan Province, which resulted in the deaths of several Pakistani citizens.

Esmail Baqaei described this heinous act of terrorism and the killing of innocent individuals as a criminal act which is fundamentally incompatible with all Islamic principles and legal and humanitarian norms.

He extended his condolences to the families of the victims as well as to the government and people of Pakistan.

Baqaei assured that the competent security and judicial authorities of the Islamic Republic of Iran will spare no effort in identifying the perpetrators and masterminds of this atrocity and ensuring justice is duly served.

He further condemned all forms of terrorism, underscoring the necessity of confronting this scourge at both national and regional levels.

Baqaei reiterated Iran's readiness to enhance cooperation and coordination in this regard
