CHICAGO, Feb. 28, 2026-Four healthcare leaders have been elected to serve three-year terms on the Board of Governors of the American College of Healthcare Executives: Vi-Anne Antrum, DNP, RN, FACHE; Mona E. Miliner, FACHE, FACMPE, FHFMA; Timothy A. Slocum, FACHE; and Danielle Werner, FACHE.
ACHE's Board of Governors oversees ACHE operations and member services.
Antrum is system CNO/senior vice president, Cone Health, Greensboro, N.C. She served as the Regent for North Carolina from 2023 to 2026 and on various ACHE committees. She was also president of Healthcare Executive Forum, Inc., an ACHE chapter, from 2014 to 2016, in addition to serving as the chair of various chapter committees.
Miliner is vice president, Operations, Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, Hershey, Pa. She served as ACHE Regent for Pennsylvania from 2022 to 2026, and on various ACHE committees. She was also president of ACHE of Central PA, an ACHE chapter, in 2022.
Slocum is senior vice president/COO, UK HealthCare, Lexington, Ky. He served as Regent for Tennessee from 2023 to 2025 and on various ACHE committees. He was also president of ACHE of Georgia, an ACHE chapter, in 2018.
Werner is vice president/executive director, CPUP, University of Pennsylvania/Penn Medicine Philadelphia. She served as the ACHE Regent for Pennsylvania-Southeast & Southern New Jersey from 2023 to 2026 and on various ACHE committees.
Additionally, Cmdr. Richard J. Bly, FACHE, officer in charge, Branch Health Clinic Sasebo, Japan, was appointed to serve as Governor for the remainder of the District 6 representative term on the Board of Governors through March 2027. Bly served as interim Governor since July 2025, the ACHE Regent for Navy from 2023 to 2025 and on various ACHE committees.
