Colorado Christian University Names Rina Campbell Assistant Vice President of Traditional Enrollment

LAKEWOOD, Colo. - Colorado Christian University (CCU) is pleased to announce the appointment of Rina Campbell as Assistant Vice President of Traditional Enrollment for the College of Undergraduate Studies.

Campbell brings more than 20 years of leadership in enrollment management across a variety of Christ-centered institutions, as well as enrollment consultancy. Her career includes executive roles at Fresno Pacific University, Concordia University Irvine, San Diego Christian College, and most recently, as Vice President of Strategic Enrollment Planning at enrollmentFUEL.

In her role at enrollmentFUEL, Campbell provided strategic consulting to clients on student recruitment, retention, and net tuition revenue optimization, uniquely positioning her for future success at CCU.

Campbell will oversee traditional undergraduate enrollment operations and strategy, guiding recruitment efforts, enrollment services, and student support initiatives with a focus on mission-fit students. Her leadership experience spans the full enrollment lifecycle, including admissions, financial services, strategic planning, and institutional partnerships.

Campbell holds a Master of Science in Leadership from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Arts in Religion with a concentration in Educational Ministries from Vanguard University. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for exceeding enrollment goals, improving operational effectiveness, and fostering data-informed decision-making rooted in Christian values.
