Pinnacle Financial Partners is relocating its headquarters to the Pinnacle Tower at Nashville Yards, with moves expected to start at the end of January. The firm's new flagship retail office will open its doors at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 3, 2025, alongside the Music, Sports & Entertainment banking team. Additional teams will transition to their new offices on floors 21-25 throughout the first and second quarters of 2025.
Pinnacle's new headquarters sits in the heart of Nashville Yards, a 19-acre mixed-use development with office, residential, retail, restaurants and entertainment. The campus is designed for easy accessibility from anywhere in the city and provides a secure, controlled environment tailored for a professional atmosphere during business hours. The development will offer more than seven acres of open plazas, courtyards and green spaces.
"We feel so fortunate to move our headquarters into one of the city's top office towers, and the timing couldn't be better as we begin our 25th year in business," said Terry Turner, Pinnacle's president and CEO. "It's not just about new space and nice amenities. Every inch of the entire campus was thoughtfully designed to make working downtown easier and more enjoyable. This town has never seen anything like the Nashville Yards experience, and we're proud to be right in the middle of it."
Visitors to Pinnacle's new office and headquarters will have access to the underground parking garage with entrances on 10th Avenue, which runs beneath the campus, allowing for convenient entry when approaching from the north or south. Another garage entrance is available at surface level on Platform Way South, accessible from Church Street. The first-floor retail office is conveniently located within the Tower lobby, accessible from the garage or by foot at surface level on the north side of the building.

Nearly all associates from Pinnacle's former headquarters at The Pinnacle at Symphony Place will relocate to Nashville Yards. Wealth management teams are scheduled to move in early February, followed by commercial and middle market banking teams later that month. The retail office at Symphony Place will remain open through mid-2027 to serve clients on Lower Broadway and others nearby. A full schedule of expected move dates is available at PNFP.com/Yards.
"Symphony Place has been our home for nearly 15 years," Turner added. "In that time, our firm grew assets more than 10-fold, became the biggest bank in Nashville by deposits and expanded from two markets in Tennessee to covering more than 20 across the Southeast. We've been at this for 25 years now, and it's been an incredible journey so far. We're ready for the next 25, starting at Nashville Yards."

Pinnacle occupies 143,301 square feet of space across floors 21-25, with an additional 9,306 square feet across the first and second floors. This new headquarters complements the firm's digitally focused Innovation Center, located in the base of the first Amazon Tower across Church Street, also within the Nashville Yards development.
Just steps away from Pinnacle's home base, the firm's namesake music venue, The Pinnacle, will host its first show on Feb. 27. Earlier in January, Pinnacle introduced a suite of specialized deposit accounts offering benefits for visitors to The Pinnacle, along with exclusive debit cards styled like a cassette mixtape and vinyl record. Eligible new account holders may qualify for tickets to some of the first shows at The Pinnacle. Full details are available at ThePinnacleSpotlight.com.
