The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of California requests comments on proposed changes to the Chapter 13 Guideline Fees for consumer and business cases regarding the presumptive fees for attorneys.
The redline version of the proposed changes to Chapter 13 Guideline Fees is available HERE. Modifications to guideline fees will be effective on January 1, 2027.
