1. blok je v provozu, výkon reaktoru 100 %, výkon turbogenerátorů - 503 MWe
2. blok je v provozu, výkon reaktoru 100 %, výkon turbogenerátorů - 500 MWe
3. blok je v odstávce
4. blok je v provozu, výkon reaktoru 100 %, výkon turbogenerátorů - 513 MWe

V roce 2026 vyrobila JE Dukovany celkem 9 723 850 MWh elektřiny.
