WRH Hires New Regional Director in South Florida

St. Petersburg, FL - WRH Realty Services, LLC, a full-service real estate investment, property management, construction, and consulting firm with properties in Florida, Texas, and North Carolina, is pleased to announce the addition of Regional Director, Karim Trapaga.

Karim brings more than 20 years of experience in property management and regional operations leadership, with extensive expertise in affordable housing, HUD, LIHTC, and mixed-use portfolios. Most recently, she served as a Regional Property Manager, overseeing a tax credit portfolio of more than 1,400 units throughout the South Florida market.

In her role at WRH Realty Services, Karim will oversee a portfolio of more than 1,200 units across South Florida. Her industry knowledge, operational expertise, and leadership experience will play a key role in supporting the continued success and growth of WRH's South Florida portfolio.
