MidCountry Bank is pleased to announce that Brenda Neuenfeldt has joined the organization as Vice President - Senior Commercial Banker. Brenda brings extensive commercial lending experience, a passion for building relationships, and a strong commitment to helping businesses achieve their goals.
Brenda's banking career spans more than 30 years, beginning as a teller before advancing through loan operations, credit analysis, and commercial lending roles. She most recently served as a commercial lending officer, where she developed expertise in SBA 504 lending, manufacturing, construction, and owner-occupied and investment real estate financing.
"I love learning about my clients' businesses and understanding what drives their success," said Neuenfeldt. "Helping businesses grow and being part of their journey is what makes this career so rewarding."
Throughout her career, Brenda has built a reputation as a connector and trusted advisor. In 2010, she founded WestEnd Deal Makers, a monthly networking group that brings together professionals across commercial industries to support clients through collaboration and shared expertise.
Brenda is also active in the commercial real estate community, having served on the board of directors for Retail Real Estate Network Minnesota (RENET) and currently serving on its Program and STARR Awards committees. She also volunteers at Luther Memorial Church in River Falls, Wisconsin, supporting programs that serve University of Wisconsin-River Falls students.
Outside of banking, Brenda enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren, as well as golfing, boating, gardening, crocheting, traveling, and cooking for friends.
"We are excited to welcome Brenda to MidCountry Bank," said Todd J. Van Wambeke, Director of C&I Lending. "Her deep lending expertise, commitment to clients, community involvement, and relationship-focused approach make her a valuable addition to our commercial banking team."
