Faculty Workshop - We're on the Same Side: Meeting Students as Fellow Humans

Join us for "We're on the Same Side: Meeting Students as Fellow Humans," a session devoted to highlighting small, practical ideas and strategies that can help promote mental well-being for faculty and students, develop and support meaningful faculty-student and student-student relationships, and create more connected (and hopefully engaged) classrooms. Bring your ideas and strategies that you've used in the classroom to make teaching and learning feel less like pulling teeth or punishing student behaviors and more like what might have attracted you to teaching in the first place - connecting with students and approaching learning as a collaborative endeavor with fellow humans.
Register to attend at 2 p.m. on Nov. 17 in Library, room 376!
