White Rock Roadside Park closed June 8-15 in Huron County

SAGINAW, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will close the White Rock Roadside Park in Huron County along M-25 Monday, June 8, through Monday, June 15, for resurfacing. The parking lot will be closed at White Rock Roadside Park. Nearby M-25 will remain under flag control for the ongoing resurfacing work.

This closure is being done as part of a $2.4 million investment to resurface M-25 from Huron Line Road to Helena Road in Sherman Township, Huron County.

Based on economic modeling, this investment is expected to directly and indirectly support 20 jobs.

This weather-dependent work will extend the lifespan of the roadway and increase safety for motorists.
